This website is operated by Antonio SPIEZIA, who is responsible for the entities ARPER INTERNATIONAL, ARPER SERVICES and ARPER CONSEIL, with registered office at the following address:

  • to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (APDP – Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles, Monaco).

7. Security

The data controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data and to prevent any unauthorised access, alteration, loss or destruction.

8. Cookies

The language preference is stored in the browser using localStorage; simulator answers remain in tab memory and are not sent to the server. No advertising or commercial profiling tools are used. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions; this check involves sharing technical data with Cloudflare. Requests are forwarded through iCloud Mail to the firm, with a copy to technical administrator Leopoldo Pedron for service support. During the test phase indicated on the form, requests are delivered exclusively to the technical administrator.
